i love all the creative people i have in my life, friends and family who are also keen on making things. creating things.
a few of us have gotten together and started having crafternoons - every two months or so. we pick a saturday, invite people along and eat and make stuff, and talk and laugh and create together. its so lovely.
and it was yesterday.
we have people doing all sorts of arty/crafty things...

It looks like a very good crafty afternoon (these things are always made better by the inclusion of some yummy treats!)
Next one, I'm sure I'll make it to the next one!
i so agree liesl - food is very important, particularly food of the chocolatey variety.
and gina - don't stress, these seem to be becoming a regular feature. you'll make it to one eventually!
What a fab arvo! Great to see you all making time for creating (and eating of course).
The Ethiopian coffee sounds very interesting!
